The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 2, line 22, after the word “electricity” by striking the words “is not an alternative fuel” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “and hydrogen are not alternative fuels:  Provided, That on and after July 1, 2034, hydrogen may be considered an alternative fuel.”
